Here are some remedies for back pain:
  • Exercise
Gentle exercise like walking, swimming, yoga, or cycling can increase blood flow and promote healing. Strengthening your core muscles can also help.
  • Ice and heat
Applying ice to the painful area for up to 20 minutes several times a day can help reduce pain and inflammation. After a few days, you can try applying heat to the area with a heating pad or warm pack to relax muscles and increase blood flow.
  • Pain relievers
Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) like ibuprofen or naproxen sodium can help reduce symptoms. However, you should only take these medications as directed, as overuse can cause serious side effects.
  • Massage
Massage can help release endorphins, which can help you relax and break the cycle of pain.
  • Sleeping position
Sleeping on your side with your knees drawn up to your chest, also known as the fetal position, can help reduce stress on your lower back. You can also try placing a pillow or two between your legs while sleeping on your side.
  • Turmeric milk
Mixing 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder into a glass of warm milk can help with inflammation. You can drink this before bed to allow the anti-inflammatory process to work.

bro, atrl should be the last place for you to ask this question. go see a doctor.

also if you want to get advice from online platforms, best if you can share a bit more details: where is the pain, how long, how the pain feels like etc.

Any time I have pain in my body I like to use gel packs to help ease the pain. I like the ones that can be hot or cold depending on the injury. You can probably get one at your local pharmacy.

You need to move your body more. I had this problem and working out helped. Go to the doctor, get a specialist chek it out and let a professional show you the work out routine that works for you. Untill then, warm patches, ThermaCare or some Ibu

You need to be in details cuz saying "back pain" doesnt provide much information? What exaxtly is the area? Lower back ? Upper back? In the middle close to the spine? To the sides? Usually it's the lower back tho. But also you need to know the cause of the pain to have the suitable solution.

I have the worst back pain ever so it's spooky reading this thread. I have been on Diclofenac, Naproxen and Ibuprofen (all NSAID's, none of them work). I also added 1000mg of turmeric to my evening meal for four days in a row (that never worked either).  I am now on a strength of Co-Codamol that can only be got on prescription and it's only giving mild relief. (Be thankful if you are not limping and can still walk straight).

Go see an orthopedist. They know what to do and will probably give you pain-relieving injections or prescribe muscle relaxers.
