I clicked on the YT video to see the comments and most of them weren't talking about Kelly taking Wegovy (or whatever she took), oddly enough.

 

I also saw a few comments where they said that Kelly has ADHD, so she tends to talk over guests. Having said that, it's impressive that she still manages to win Emmys despite all this.

Taking care of ones body is the best thing anyone can do. 

 

I am hefty as fark as well... and I've been cycling like a lunatic in the past 3 weeks and slowly, the results are coming in. My skin looks amazing again. I've lost one size already. My beach body is in reach. Gimme one more month and I'll be super-model stevyy again. 

 

So, hard work, good food / healthy food >>>>>> medication >>>>>>> not doing anything at all. 

 

I've cycled 500 km in the past 4 weeks.
