Louis Tomlinson's Brazil shows: reduced capacity

Recommended Posts

Louis Tomlinson booked stadiums in South America but, oddly, he doesn't seem to be using them to even close to their full potential.

This is the map for his show in Curitiba tonight

This was Roger Waters in that same venue

According to a fanpage that's organizing projects for the show, the overall capacity of the show was lowered

This is what the tweet says in English:

"BYE, CATWALK! The structure for Louis Tomlinson's show in Curitiba has changed. The walkway was removed and capacity apparently decreased."

He did something similar in Sao Paulo. This was the map for yesterday's show there:

This is the map Allianz Parque generally uses:

Despite this, both shows had tickets in all sections up until the time of doors opening. You can currently buy up to 6 tickets in every section for his show tonight in Curitiba. Doors open in an hour and 20 minutes.

Not deterred by this gloomy reality, Louis Tomlinson is boasting about the size of the venues on twitter:

Last night he said he couldn't believe he'd achieved that without radio play (he does have radio play in Brazil, he lacks radio play in America and has a bad relationship with radios in the UK). His show last night looked like this (I find "full house" to be a hilarious description of it):

Seems like this audience could've comfortably fit on an arena. Do you think it's worth it to book a stadium under these circumstances just to say you had a stadium show?

Well to be fair he doesn't have a hit song to attract interest in a the tour, he's still doing better numbers than Liam could right now though

If a pop girl or a male act that was once successful had cut down stadiums to this degree only to then boast about doing stadiums, ATRL would be dragging them for filth. They tried to come for Billie for something much less egregious not long ago.

He's still pulling in enough people to tour :clap3:

When was he ever successful as a solo act tho

Never. That's my point. If a once successful act did this they'd be dragged. People pity him so they don't call out how embarrassing it is. That's the kicker, he could very easily do arenas and almost fill them, and then he'd have a successful tour, just like he did in South America the last time.

The amount of people at the show itself isn't embarrassing. It's the antics surrounding it.

And I sure do hold a grudge against him. I have my very valid reasons lol

Why Harry Lovers hates the other members and feels insecure about them.

It's no secret that his career flopped, but I'm surprised he's able to sell out a tour with 0 hits. :duck:

His fans are conspiracy theorists who either think he's dating Harry or that Harry is sabotaging his nonexistent career, and they're all over every inch of Harry's space on the internet so I cannot tune them out unless I completely cut off communication with the world.

The fact he's even able to fill it up that much is an achievement, he's not exactly an A list artist.
