Anthinos Posted Monday at 03:05 PM Posted Monday at 03:05 PM (edited) I like the theme but they should change the font. The stage looks interesting. I'm curious how they will use the "gate" in the middle of the arena and how it will look in the live performances. At the moment it looks rather distracting but I can imagine that it will go very well with the theme. I also think the mountains are cool, especially the projections on the LED wall. It would be cool if they worked with a 3D effect. Edited Monday at 03:15 PM by Anthinos
Funhouse Posted Monday at 03:18 PM Posted Monday at 03:18 PM Need a country to send a girl group so they can pose side-to-side on that horizontal runway/b-stage thing

Pendulum Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago (edited) Eurovision just doesn't feel the same anymore. This has been parroted a thousand times by now but Eurovision has slowly been losing its identity post-COVID and it hit the peak in 2024. What is this commercialisation and corporatisation of the contest? The theme screams an expo convention, the slogan remaining the same, the presence of this overt positivity ?? no I ******* HATE THIS CONTEST **** YOU EBU **** YOU OSTERDAHL IMMORAL ***** Edited 5 hours ago by Pendulum

I've been a lifelong euro fan but it's soured on me since the 2018-2019 era, the last year before the pandemic was quite awful, holding the contest on occupied Palestinian land. even though I will always have love for the contest, I do not feel an urge to follow it closely at all anymore. I mainly tune into the news in May and forget about ESC until the following year. sadly the contest has become extremely sanitized and boring; voting patterns too predictable; the songs feel mass-produced. and I say this as a "Tattoo" fan
