If I was extremely rich, just rich with no fame - No

If I was a celebrity - Yes

Nope

Yup. International flights are horrible on regular airlines. Plus I'd be able to go on vacation and leave whenever I wanted instead of having to stay within the confines of a flight schedule :monkey:

I think the true need for it depends on how well known you are versus simply having the money for it.

If you are very wealthy but unknown to majority of the public then you should be good. You'd be mostly fine with being in lounges and doing first class.

If you are some colossal Kardashian/Taylor level celebrity it's probably just not even realistic to go to a regular flight for safety reasons.

Princess Diana took regular flights and she was bigger than either Kardashian or Taylor. How tf do people fall for this excuse? lol

20th century vs. social media era is a useless comparison for obvious reasons. :rip:

You are delusional to think Taylor during a period where she is performing in stadiums each night (with the tour schedule available to the entire public) can go to a public airport (with paparazzi, stans, and others ready to show up) and then get on a flight (with possibly hundreds of fans who also made travel arrangements for said tour) then just sit on a plane with them for hours and expect to have a peaceful time.

Yes, she absolutely can. Just like she can go to a restaurant (where she calls the paparazzi herself) full of people and have a completely normal experience.

Again, an obtuse comparison. Much easier to go in a restaurant that is dimly lit, with 20 people inside, sit in a corner and go relatively unnoticed.

Compare that to a public airport with thousands of people at any time in daylight, no disguise (airport security requires you to remove items), sit in a waiting area with hundreds of people, board a flight in a line with hundreds of people. Once the flight reaches the destination, proceed to go in ANOTHER airport with thousands of people and walk around.

It's like equating a walk inside a corner store to being as hectic as attending a concert.

20 people inside? Darling, have you ever been to Via Carota?

Also, how am I the obtuse one when you think high-profile people in commercial jets sit in waiting areas with everyone else and board the flight with everyone else? Honey, that's not what happens. These people have special treatment up to the moment when they board their first-class seat, where they'll definitely be more isolated and protected than at a restaurant in downtown NYC.

Of course, the Kim Kardashians and Taylor Swifts of the world WANT people to believe they're more popular than Lady ******* Di because it justifies them being environmental terrorists. Stans will eat it up, and so will people with no concept of reality who really think Taylor and Kim are bigger and more popular and create more chaos than the Beatles during their peak. Is that the reality? Absolutely not.

nah .. I'll buy a garage filled with Volkswagen beetles :gaycat4:  Bubbles may get jealous but she'd still be my main car

Nope. It's a waste of money and I'm not a traitor to the working class.

Wouldn't even buy a car with that money.

The only things I spend money on are food and coffee, so I would not - and not for any environmental reasons.

Yes I would, because how do I lose a full day of travel for a flight that is only 2.5 hours? Unacceptable.
