Imagine one of those delivery people sticking their hands down their pants to scratch their itchy hole and get some of their poop on their fingers. Even if they don't touch your food, they touch the bag that the food is in.

Just wash-disinfect your hands after handling the bag and the food box, but if you start reasoning like that you shouldn't even eat at the Restaurant or touching any outside surface because fecal bacteria is basically everywhere on public places.
