I blame Normani herself. At the end of the day, this is your debut album. I honestly do not think she has the passion for it. Excuses have been given for years. I watched her last few interviews and it seems like she put this project out of of obligation like it was a chore and not something she truly wanted to do.

A shame too because I had no expectations when I first pressed play but really enjoyed it.
