I was told that she wants a lot of pre-orders to get that #1 in UK album chart and her label is waiting for a #1 single as well :WAP:

Spoiler

Mansion is STUNNING.

On the Run remains my fave of the singles released so far. Her roll-outs are always so drawn out though. Already 4 singles out and the album release date is 3+ months away...

OH, I guess this comes out next month. I only like 1 out of the singles she has released so far. I kind of had a lot of hopes for this album but atp am not very hyped.

the trajectory of her career is rather sad, she seemed to be getting very popular when she released the second album but then immediately dropped off.

not really feeling the singles

I'm forever waiting for her to revisit the "Chewing Gum" sound but I will give this a listen!

I guess I slept on the singles a little,

cause they all sound good in the album.

Another solid autumn album from her :clap3:

Gave this two or three spins and I'm really loving this! It's nothing groundbreaking, but it does what it does very well. Very sad cute wholesome moody autumn vibes :clap3: Definitely like it more than her previous effort.

Really love how dynamic so many of the songs are and how well the album flows, especially with how some tracks literally flow into each other so effortlessly. Truly such an underrated detail which I wish artists did more often   The slower songs at the end (which her previous albums had, too) still blend together a bit, but I'm sure that will change with more listens.

The songs I'm kinda conflicted on are Painkiller and Big Things, Small Town, but they do have the potential to grow on me. The former sounds nice but the metaphor is kinda overdone and cliché (which is not the only time on this album tbh) and the latter has some great melodramatic lines, but I just don't like the way she sings the title (tho it's the only line I don't like) :michael:

Really hope she can at least match the success of her last albums with this and can keep her fandom alive to keep her afloat, cause she deserves it imo. Can't wait to get my cd in the mail! :jonny5: Although I must admit I still don't really like the cover art

she was getting popular bc of the pop bops on that album and then she decided to completely abandon that sound :rip: it's her own fault
