This. Brits, who are usually classically trained, see method acting as pretentious and being unable to act as you need things to really be happening in order to do it which is the antithesis of acting/pretending.

Yeah. I hate most modern american actors, Phoenix, Bale and Ghyllenhall the worst for me.

 

I love British actors so much, their acting Is so real but also theatrical at the same time. Best actors in the world.
