Ofc Troye is not an artist I would relate to Charli, those you mentioned are the bests matches for her, but the Troye comparison is really off.

Yeah but why would Olivia Rodrigo stans listen to Troye when he makes such different music?   people's taste in music is defined by genres and sounds, not by songs subjects.

It's the vibe of their music and lyrics. Troye has that vibe with Olivia where my mind thinks of their fans as teenagers and twinks pining/yearning/longing to thoughts of their crush or some straight guy. People definitely don't just define their taste in music by genre, but by how music makes them feel. Troye's last album was definitely not that "I don't give a ****" vibe like Charli but that Olivia vibe.

I mean, I agree that it's not the best match for Charli, but regarding him giving the same vibes of Olivia and all those... I guess you are entitled to your wrong opinion.

A lot of y'all don't really know Troye's audience as well as you think you do. A LOT of his audience is young women. On the Bloom tour it was mostly girls who went and they were calling him hot the whole time I was in the pit

His past two releases have leaned wayyyy more club (albeit straight club) than his first two albums. Since its the SWEAT tour I'm assuming he's gonna lean much further into that side and may do remixes of his old songs as well. I don't really disagree with you about the audience overlap at all tho I definitely see it being an issue when there' s gonna be 6 ft tall gays raging next to teenage girls in the pit
