I doubt it. On Sunday there were 12 performers total. Her set was at 8:00-8:30pm, with another set for Madison Rose at 9:00pm and Billy Porter an hour after that. There were a lot of people there to watch everything, so they probably combined the total throughout the day and said it was record breaking. There were a lot of people there for her set by the pictures, but likely not 55k. There's no way to really confirm how those numbers came up since all the shows were free. 

 

I'm confused about the numbers because there were 5 stages with multiple shows happening at the same time. (Two different DJ ones happened at the same time as JoJo's, even.)  No idea where they got the numbers from but that's been the headlines I guess.

There were 4 different stages which splits the audience. I was there at least half the audience was at the dance DJ stage.

No. That's probably the number of attendees total, possibly for both days. It's an open area, entry points everywhere. Each day is like 10-12 hours of festival. I was there and a few thousand were at the stage watching her. But not that many.

I was recounting the actual audience dispersion amongst the 4 stages last evening. Tudors, I'm not trying to bandwagon hate, I'm stating my experience.
