In the beginning... there was a rate.

That rate was blessed, it was holy, and it ushered in a realm of creativity and shade.

From that rate, we were blessed twice more. Each as eclectic as the previous timelines.

But nothing is truly eternal - and our blissful world of rates was shaken by outside interference.

It was as if time and space itself were colliding before our very eyes, denying us closure.

 

There was only one path of action for the disciples of that rate...

They had to bring the shade right to the doorstep of the gods.

We had to take the rates to the next level.

The Basics

 

Let's run down the simple rules of a PokéRate for any of you first timers.

 

1. You are tasked to rate every Pokémon on the list below on a scale of 1 - 10.

Decimal scores will be accepted, but only in increments of 0.5.

 

2. To your favourite Pokémon on the list, you may assign the elusive score of 11.

You only get one of these, so use it wisely...

 

3. To your least favourite Pokémon on the list, you may adversely assign a tragic score of 0.

Use it however you see fit.

 

4. Once you've finalized your scores for all one-hundred-and-seven 'mons, send them to me in a PM.

At least try and format it in a readable manner.

 

5. Attach some commentary with your score if you feel like doing so.

I know some of you will struggle, but at least try to be funny.

 

6. Just make sure that you've sent me your ballot before the closing date of April 24.

We're getting this one done without delays - this means no extensions!
