she's definitely wrapping up this trilogy this year and doing another tour but i don't see it being something too big. i wouldn't even mind if she just did her usual us tour route later this year & festivals this summer (and maybe some acting which her manager should've been pushing for cause cute va roles while she's already recording just makes sense to me). kinda really want 2026 to be a year of rest for her tho cause she's been going nonstop for a while now, back to back, so more than two weeks/a month of rest is more than deserved in that new house she'll hopefully get this year.

also, for her to have another jealous remix or all my friends moment, the industry has to stop acting like they don't hear her when she names people she wants to work with & stop replacing her with other people. kinda insane how they can hear her float on these references/demos and not use her. still feel a way about her entire "friendship" w/travis scott over the years but that's a different conversation.

The size of the tour will likely depend on the success of the third part. I agree she should try to get back into acting by taking on a few small roles to build momentum while working on the third part. Sometimes in 2026, after the trilogy era is completely wrapped up, she should consider taking a break from music and focusing on acting more seriously.

In the meantime, she needs to keep the momentum going by releasing singles, doing features, performances, and scheduling festival dates to promote both this album and the next one. I really hope she doesn't go into hiding until summertime. Also, I think NYC deserves a break until the next tour but when she does return, I hope it's before the colder months. I'm honestly tired of her touring here during the winter. Plus, I'd love to see her perform at Radio City!

let's be honest, no momentum is going to be lost if she takes 3 months to herself to finish off this final part after the euro part of tour next month. plus, knowing her, there's still going to be at least two college shows in there before summer anyway.

nyc will never get a break from her, i'm sorry lmaoo! like, if there was anywhere in this world that treats her right every single time, it's nyc. i do agree about radio city tho! such an iconic venue that i don't think she'd pass up if she gets the chance. if she tours again this year, kinda won't have a choice but to visit during the fall tho, which isn't all bad tbh.

I was worried about her Japan dates cause people were saying it was flopping. Both dates were packed from

the videos I saw, even though she didn't sell out, a lot of people show up and there opportunities to sell them out next time and beyond on.

This era has been prayers and vibe, but sometimes the prayers have been a little bit louder than vibes.

Her last true single was No Broke Boys, and she hasn't done much promo or anything most of the era (minus touring I guess). She doesn't need to release anything immediately, but going silent for 6+ months, especially when she hasn't done much this era, might be too much. That said, if she feels really inspired, it's fine ,  just don't completely disappear for months on end like she has in the past. As long as the music is great she will be fine.

As long as she gets those college shows out of the way well before the tour starts, everything should work out fine. I just hope she understands she can't repeat the same mistakes again (things could have gone much worse than they did).

We NYers sweetees love her  but over touring here could hurt her in the long run. Like you said, she's probably doing at least one Pride event, since she seems to do one every year now. And maybe it's selfish, but ever since I saw her live for the first time, I've been imagining what it would be like to see her at Radio City or even a bigger venue. Hopefully, we'll get to experience that someday.

this is tinashe we're talking about. she literally gives us music and shows every year. sometimes it's nice to have all the magazine covers and interviews, all the things, but it's also okay to not have all of that every time she puts something out. some eras require it more than others and, to me, this trilogy only needs just enough to push tickets for tour.

i think everyone should at least give her some leeway when it comes to this era because it was her first time independently dealing with a hit and a whole project that contains an actual hit song. we can bring up nice life all we want but their biggest artists aren't signed just to them but also actual major labels who take care of all the things they had to learn to really do for tinashe. there were things she did completely right. it was simply the timing that got lost in translation. also, over touring in general can hurt her and that's something she should be thinking about with the next part.

that said, we can talk about it all day long but what happened happened & what's going to happen is yet to be seen. the most we can do (besides relaxing) is just get the fan pages/fans who her team actually communicates with to, ahead of time, tell them what fans want (like physicals on release day) and let them deal with it how they choose.

i know everyone is probably reading this thread like, "these ******* essays never end." :toofunny3:

I really need to take a step back and let things work themselves out. The good news is that her team is growing, but since she's building everything brick by brick as an independent artist, it's a slow process. Unfortunately for us, that also means we have to watch them make mistakes along the way, which can be frustrating as a fan. But I need to trust the process, let things play out, and hope everything works out for her in the end.

I think a full on tour for part 3 would be a huge mistake. She should book all festivals and big opening slots she can instead to build up the fan base even more and then go larger for the tour next era.

exactly, there's no point in touring with 7-8 new songs. though it made sense after Nasty's success
