Mr. Blue_Shirt Posted July 19 Posted July 19 Wait I just realized that X-Factor misspelled her name in her audition tape 2
SinnerCity Posted July 19 Posted July 19 My god that video was POWERFUL! So many references, wow, she really WENT IN! fantastic!
Maneater Posted July 19 Posted July 19 I'm OBSESSED. This is what going solo is all about tbh. She had 10 years of success with LM and now she can do whatever she wants without playing safe, pity the others didn't take note
rickycabello123 Posted July 19 Posted July 19 Ok jadelizers better push this song at tiktok, make million tiktoks with this! This deserves grammy nom
The Slayer Posted July 19 Posted July 19 Amazing video, she is such a superstar. I need Jade to be the next big thing! She just knows what we want as fans of pop. Also for anyone who missed her live last night here is part of it: 1
Burn Posted July 19 Posted July 19 Wow, well I was not expecting something like this from her! But… I like it! It's the most interesting song and video from any of the LM girls imo.
Kristie Kuwa Posted July 19 Posted July 19 This needs to become a proper hit in Europe and Brazil, cmon GAYS, get to WORK! 1
The Slayer Posted July 19 Posted July 19 I'm definitely still a pop girlie, and we love a girlband, but I'm not quite as mainstream." "I'm not naïve to who my fans are," she says. "I create music that caters to a certain audience and that needs to be authentic. My writing style is naturally fun, dance pop." At this point, a member of Thirlwall's team – a gay man – jumps in: "It's huge pop-girl energy, Jade". "Sorry!" Thirlwall concludes. "But I could never imagine not doing the most." 1
MAKSIM Posted July 19 Posted July 19 Such an interesting way to portray the corruption of fame and greed spliced with the clips of her growing up before us 1

And thats why we are here to lift her up as the new Queen of the LGBTQIA+ community 1
alien superstore Posted July 19 Posted July 19 Really intrigued by this from Jade, not at all what I expected from her. Coming out the gate with a Cowell diss track is wild. 1
kayliah Posted July 19 Posted July 19 (edited) Love it ... so far she put out the best lead single with something fresh, innovative and original while being CATCHY. Thats the way to do it. Make people stop and listen. She understood the assignment. Edited July 19 by kayliah
Haze Posted July 19 Posted July 19 I couldn't get the snippet out of my head, so I knew I was going to love this. It's not easy to carve out an identity after being part of a group, and we've seen many talented girlband members fail, but this truly feels like an arrival. She was always the most charismatic of the group, it is so satisfying to see her nail her sound as well. Kinda need the album asap.
VioletChemistry Posted July 19 Posted July 19 Can I be honest? I wasn't the biggest fan of the song on its own when it came out. It was different and VERY Jade but I needed the visual to make it click… I literally teared up by the end of the video. Chaos in a cup, but so authentic that this is how she sees her career. A tug of war between her old life and her new one. Brilliant brilliant brilliant first single treatment!!! 1
Burn Posted July 19 Posted July 19 It would be so funny if she was the first one to release an album, after being the last to debut her single. Taking your time to deliver a quality product will always pay off more than rushing into it. Take note, Jesy. 5
