Little Mix's Perrie is releasing her debut solo single 'Forget About Us' next Friday.

The song was written by Ed Sheeran and Perrie.

Perrie also did another song with Ed on the album and has also been making music with RAYE.

on the album

I  think it's pretty safe to assume none of these little Mix girls are actually releasing solo album's.  I think once this single bombs she will probably try with two more singles if they also fail she won go into hiding.

I really liked Little Mix around 2016-18 and they had some cute songs together! Songs like Move were super unique for their time and honestly their discography has much higher highs than Fifth Harmony ever did.

Sadly none of their solo releases have stood out in any capacity #ToMe. Going off this snippet it could have been made by anyone which is a problem - there was no addictive hook to pull you in and not even any sort of story to check for.

Maybe they just need more controversy/headlines to pull people in tho idk! I feel like Jesy's solo debut got the most attention out of all the girls and even though it ultimately tanked, it was at least talked about and more memorable. People are probably even remembering it recently because that hog Diddy makes a cameo in the mv. I can't even remember the name of Leigh-Anne's debut single anymore so

Cute.

I'd love to hear an actual Raye feat.

It sounds like Eurovision Top 15 finalist.

Working with Ed in 2024 is like working with Timbaland :rip:

Based by the sound of the lead and the album collaborators i feel like she's going for the Zara/Mabel/Anne-Marie route of basic and inoffensive top 40 music, which i absolutely LOVE and i'm ready to stan :clap3:

I feel like she'll find some success but her team needs to do their job correctly, or she'll end up like Leigh or Jesy.

True but there was no praise and Diddy's cameo along with Nicki's controversy made things x100 worse :biblio: Look what happened to Jesy after that
