bjorn Posted March 31 Posted March 31 You could literally be holding anything in your hand (a pencil, a tweezer, a makeup brush) and American cops would feel threatened and shoot you dead.. There needs to be a reform on the whole police education. 2 2
MusicLoverDude Posted March 31 Posted March 31 I can't even express how wrong this is...that cop should be in jail.
diemoehre Posted March 31 Posted March 31 This is terrible. Imagine calling 911 for help because you don't know what to do and they just straight up kill you. Nobody deserves this. I hope his family gets the justice they deserve. 2
Raver Posted March 31 Posted March 31 He charged at an officer with a pair of scissors and unfortunately got what he wanted. Idk how anyone can blame the police. Have someone charge at you with a pair of scissors see how it goes 1 1 9

bjorn Posted April 1 Posted April 1 2 hours ago, playboi said: They tased him first Wtf. Incompetent idiots. Seriously is it true you only need 6-months of schooling to become a police officer in the states? They need the Scandinavian way which requires a bunch of psychological and physical tests to even enter the police academy and then 3 years to get the degree. American officers are unhinged..
mike_int Posted April 1 Posted April 1 So you have 19 year old with scissors on one side and group of police men with guns on another side and you feel so threaten that you kill the boy? 1

bjorn Posted April 1 Posted April 1 33 minutes ago, The7thStranger said: What's your point? The failed tasing means he has no legs? Meaning they should have disarmed him as soon as they tased him, instead of standing back and waiting like idiots. If they can't disarm a teenager with a scissor without shooting someone dead….i mean please. A shot in the leg or arm would be enough

diemoehre Posted April 1 Posted April 1 4 hours ago, playboi said: They tased him first It also says in the article: Quote Win's mother and younger brother, who were in the same room as Rozario, the kitchen, disputed that narrative. Sibling Utsho Rozario, 17, said he let officers into the residence and asked them to "be gentle" with Win, who the sibling described as "a little psychotic" and having "one of his episodes.” "I didn't see my mother pull out the Tasers,” said Utsho, adding that his brother didn't reach for the scissor a second time, either. "It's on the body camera, so we will see.” Win Rozario's mother Eva Costa was hugging him after he was tased — not trying to remove the device — she and her surviving son said. The incident is still being investigated by the NYPD's Force Division Unit, and no body-worn camera footage has yet been released, police said. So we have conflicting statements. Just speculation but it seems like the police maybe misinterpreted the whole situation and thought they were in bigger danger than they were. Later on it says: Quote "I just heard arguing, then you heard the one shot,” said Kenneth Clark, who lives in the neighborhood. "After that, there was a little bit of silence and then you heard more shots.” According to the neighbor they shot him MULTIPLE times. Even if they were unable to handle a 140 pound boy with scissors for some reason there was ABSOLUTELY no need for that. These officers need to be held accountable and the police system needs a reform. This is unacceptable.

I seriously think they want to shoot and kill people, and this job is giving them an excuse to fulfill it. They get a kick out of it. Murderers in disguise. 1
