It's a Japanese song. In Japan, it's common to include a song as an ending song to an anime or in a CF (commercial film) to help gain popularity. It's the best promo in Japan. They filmed something in Korea and Japan with Petra Collins and 360PM (production company) and Petra has been likings the pics of Tokyo Dome announcement on IG too.
