Y'all Middle Eastern food is just the best :alexz:There are a lot of recipes, mostly easy ones too, that you can look for and cook. I'll be happy to help lol.

I discovered this a few years ago while looking for fun corn recipes for Fourth of July and I've loved them since. :jonny:

this recipe pretty much to the T except it tastes the same and is made almost twice as fast in the air fryer compared to on a pan on the stovetop 
 

 

this too with some chicken bouillon slaps

i cannot stress enough how much i suck at cooking/baking and my oven screams every time it sees me

 

but when i tell you... i tried this recipe once and my family wouldn't stop complimenting me to the point i have to make them at least once every two months now...

:skull: Girl you don't need to wash meat. Any surface bacteria is killed when you cook it. Washing meat actually increases risk of contamination in your kitchen as the water splashes off the meat spreading that bacteria everywhere.

Oh btw I made miso soup last night and it literally took 10-15 min, so easy and good :WAP: you just add dashi powder to some boiling water, mix until it dissolves, bring the heat down and add some mushrooms, and then mix in the miso paste through a strainer, and add tofu and some green onion and you're done 🤤

I have never understood this argument, I wash my meat in a bowl, there's no water splashing anywhere.

I have been making Chinese style fried rice for some months now but it has been lacking a certain umami flavour. I finally found out what I was missing, sesame oil! That **** literally unlocked a whole new world of flavour :jonny:

Asked chatgpt for a Pistachio pesto recipe and i chucked in a jalapeno and mixed it with some tortellini with cheese and bacon, **** slapped

making my own fermented hot sauce with blackberries/blueberries, scotch bonnets, garlic/tarragon, and some other less spicy peppers :chick1: i will update in a week or two
