Any surface bacteria is killed when you cook it. Washing meat actually increases risk of contamination in your kitchen as the water splashes off the meat spreading that bacteria everywhere. 6 1

mercurialworld Posted March 24 Author Posted March 24 Oh btw I made miso soup last night and it literally took 10-15 min, so easy and good you just add dashi powder to some boiling water, mix until it dissolves, bring the heat down and add some mushrooms, and then mix in the miso paste through a strainer, and add tofu and some green onion and you're done 🤤
