She lowkey isn't, especially for the standards of female country artists (if we place Kacey there, idk). None of her peers has even one top 10 album in the UK or top 20 album in Ireland. Not even Carrie and Miranda. And Kacey has multiple.

 

But she's still very much a US centered artist who makes very little effort in promoting her music worldwide, so JT debuting 30 spots lower than her is a GAG
