Justin Timberlake grabs the double #1 this week with his new album, Everything I thought
It Was - which also tops Eternal Sunshine by Ariana Grande to become the fastest debut
of 2024. "Everything" becomes Timberlake's 6th consecutive #1 album on the MSSA. Justin
also moves up to #38 on the alltime artists list, as the 16th biggest male solo artist since 2011.

Justin Timberlake repeats at #1 for a second week with an astronomical number, which
even surpassed the second week of his previous album, Man of The Woods.

Timberlake savely reassures the #1 position of both the singles and albums chart for
a second consecutive week with almost no visible decline. Consequently, he sees
his album rise to #2 on the Year End chart by total streams, a position he now claims
as well on the artists list.

While Timberlake enjoys his jump to #2, Ariana Grande remains atop the Year to Date chart,
while setting for yet another #2 position on the weekly chart. 

Italian superstar, Mahmood, rounds out the top 3.

A Look Ahead:

Today Beyoncé released her long-awaited new album, titled Cowboy Carter. Beyoncé previously topped the charts with numerous albums and songs, including her previos album, Renaissance. She will be a big threat for Justin Timberlake.

Not to mention Sheryl Crow. Sheryl Crow also released her new album, called Evolution. Crow last occupied the MSSA Charts earlier this year with the title track of her new album. The anticipation is immense.

Beyoncé and Sheryl Crow rank #49 and #69 on the alltime list respectively.

Week #14 will therefore become a 4-way battle between Ariana Grande, Justin Timberlake, Beyoncé and Sheryl Crow. What a packed week.

Last, but never least, Kings of Leon have also released a new track. The American band is the highest ranked alltime act among anyone who released new material on March 29th. They are currently listed as the 7th biggest overall act on the MSSA alltime list, #3 among groups.

And... we got one more: Take That have also released a new song today. Take That currently belong to the biggest artists of 2024, as well as of all time. Take That rank #9 on the alltime list, #4 among groups. So, while Kings of Leon and Take That won't compete on the albums chart next week, they will certainly clash on the singles chart.

JT's new album is pretty overhated honestly But still could've been better for sure. At least it's an improvement over MOTW. Out of the songs that debuted here - I enjoyed Sanctified, Imagination, My Favorite Drug, Play, No Angels  1 or 2 of the others are cute, too. Memphis was a bad way to start things off, easily the weakest song for me. Luckily We can't be friends (wfyl) grew on me. Still wish she chose something else for the 2nd single though. Cowboy Carter looking to have a nice start next time

Justin Timberlake remains the one to beat. For a third week in a row he is holding the double peak #1 on both the
singles and albums charts. The only exception this week, however, is the fact that he was able to fend off both Sheryl
Crow and Beyoncé with their respective new albums.

Crow grabs the #2 position with a staggering 271 streams, while Beyoncé comes in at #3 with 255, earning both a
 place among the biggest album debuts of all times.

Ariana is nobody to slag off. The Princess of R&B may dip to #4 this week, but her streaming total is also out of this world.
Ari amassed 240 streams.

Also new at #5 is Il Volo. The Italian trio even surpassed Mahmood and enter with 181 streams - also a mind-blowingly
amazing number.

Justin Timberlake did it again. He has now set the 2024 record for the longest running #1 single
and album. "Everything" also suprassed Ariana's Eternal Sunshine to grab the crown as 2024's
biggest album - so far.

Social Media sensation Benson Boone presented himself as a real threat for the throne. Boone
debuts at #2 with a staggering streaming total of 313 plays.

Comeback Kids X Ambassadors, however, truly mixed up the charts this week. Their new album
debuts at #3 with 230 plays, pushing Sheryl Crow and Beyoncé down. However, one act showed
extreme resilience, Il Volo! The Italian pop-opera megastars remain steady at #5.

And the last and final new-entry of the week belongs to Vampire Weekend. They come in at #9
and for the first time in 2024, we see 9 albums surpass 100 streams.
