All hail, Queen Bey.

iHeartMedia and FOX Entertainment announced on Thursday (March 21) that Beyoncé will be honored with the Innovator Award at the 2024 iHeartRadio Music Awards. Previous honorees include Taylor Swift, Alicia Keys, Chance the Rapper, Bruno Mars, U2 and more.

The iHeartRadio Music Awards, which will take place on April 1 at Los Angeles' Dolby Theatre, will come just a few days after Bey unveils her upcoming album  — and the second act of her 2022 album Renaissance — Cowboy Carter, on March 29. The project features the previously released "16 Carriages" and the historic Hot Country Songs chart-topper "Texas Hold 'Em.”

The fact that several of those artists received that award before her is an utter disgrace :biblio: Chance the Rapper :biblio:

it's so gross but mainstream radio just started treating her good after a decade of treating her poorly so, it's not shocking.

Is she aware of this?

Change the title to "Beyoncé to ignore the iHeartRadio MusicAwards" for a flop thread

this is such a flop award show, i doubt she would bother to attend she will probably just send them a cute 30 sec video saying thank you

for those asking if she'll go.. that tweet sounds like confirmation she's attending, no?

I know she's not really one for promo, but an appearance on prime time television the week her album drops wouldn't be bad idea tbh.

Are you being serious? Or joking like he was and clarified otherwise? Diplo adores Beyoncé.

honestly no shade but looking at the sales of her peers it highlights that staying relevant is not easy especially in a time where everyone and anyone can go viral and grab people's attention… it's super competitive nowadays so the fact that she's just as relevant as she was 10

or 15 years ago speaks to her talent :clap3:
