It's the sort of thing that requires releasing music consistently over a long period of time and carving out a fan base as a result. You can't accomplish that sort of thing in a matter of months. It reminds me of the Romance "we don't have singles" approach. That sort of thing worked for Billie Eilish because she was releasing multiple songs over the course of more than a year. Camila instead wanted to do it in a few weeks thinking it would have the same effect. Tl;dr, she's going to have to get herself out there releasing music and performing wherever she can and doing as many collabs as possible. 1
