"Vice City" is a nickname for Miami and I just based in the deleted post rumor from telegram about the Drake collab is a two words title, someone ask him if was "305 *****" and he only replies something about the song title and sound is very cohesive and if you listen to the main theme of the video game it is something that her producers were able to use in the song.
