They work on this album. Cute concept and helps tell the story pretty well imo. I really like the first of the three, Drake's is fun too. There's one that I think will get pretty divisive reactions from fans though lol.

The ballads from this album are surprisingly strong.

the music not connecting with the gp is kind of a problem.. and I'm not talking about big hits, but having decent streaming numbers. hopefully the album changes that

Looking at gp's comments on her Instagram and people still haven't gotten used to her drastic visual and aesthetic change for this era, several comments like: "I miss the old Camila", "you look strange", it was already difficult for them to accept the change in "familia" because the sound was already diverse compared to the debut and romance, but even so "bam bam" for example was a song that was easily accepted by the gp because it still remembers the construction of one of her biggest hits..

the vast majority of her audience likes her music with more romantic lyricism (which she is very good at) and pop radio productions, but I'm happy that she is reinventing herself with each era and coming up with a new sound and aesthetic with each album without fear even after everything that has happened to her name in recent years..

 

The album has songs with great potential, I hope they invest and the public starts to accept her aesthetic for this album, she is proving to be a diverse ARTIST.

Camila Cabello's newest era is a bit jarring to even her most fervent fans. The former Fifth Harmony singer was the first one to leave the group and has since found success making down-the-middle pop songs with acts like Young Thug and her ex-boyfriend, Shawn Mendes. Now, she's completely pivoted to a new genre: hyperpop.
