Now that she talked about the album and what are the influences people know now that she's not jus trying to "be cool" for the sake of it and is doing "hyperpop" or anything like that to pander to gays. I think so, we're getting a clearer view of what her vision was writing the songs and making the album. I'm so excited to hear what sh'e been working on all this time

For me, as a writer, that was the voice I wanted for the album: coy, cheeky and kind of devious." On "Chanel No. 5," Cabello sings between trippy piano interludes, her falsetto distorted, about being a "cute girl with a sick mind." At one point she even raps — she has recently taken inspiration from "c–ty, cocky girl rap" like Flo Milli and Baby Tate, she explains. "We realized we hit this key transition in the process," says Harris, who co-produced the album, of the track. "That's the first song we knew was very C,XOXO, and creating every song forward, we would ask if it felt as true as 'Chanel.' It was our north star." Bentley Posted May 30 Posted May 30 You know what, if she doesn't make the drake collab a single with radio and todays top hits on June 28th then im convinced she wants to fail and have the era be short lived. If that's the case then whatever, have at it hun

Got it!
vinicius Posted May 30 Posted May 30 (edited) Completely forgot about June Gloom. That's a bummer. I'm not sure I have high expectations for the album at the moment. I thought it was more experimental as "I LUV IT", but it seems like it's very "He Knowsy" and full of ballads. Edited May 30 by vinicius
