Apolonio ₃₄ Posted March 17 Posted March 17 Quote He won the inaugural Netflix Slam and now he’s getting the streamer’s documentary treatment. Netflix is doubling down on 20-year-old tennis superstar Carlos Alcaraz, announcing a new docuseries, Alcaraz, that will focus a lens on the Spanish tennis player who is a certified phenomenon after winning two Grand Slams and becoming the youngest No. 1 in the history of the sport. Alcaraz, which started filming during The Netflix Slam in Las Vegas earlier this month, will follow the tennis prodigy on and off the court during his 2024 season and promises to “get closer than ever before to one of the best athletes in the world,” per Netflix. It hails from well-known Morena Films, the production company founded in 1999 that is also in business with Netflix on La Liga about Spanish soccer teams, and previous titles like Diableroand Two Catalonias. https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/tv/tv-news/carlos-alcaraz-netflix-documentary-series-alcaraz-streaming-1235852200/amp/

NoAngelus Posted March 17 Posted March 17 Are they gonna address the fact that the only reason he even became #1 was because Wimbledon decided not to give away points in 2022? Mathematcially speaking if that didn't happen he still wouldn't have reached #1 1

thequeenofpopmadonna Posted March 17 Posted March 17 I always thought the tennis players bodies are the best in the sports business. Tall lean muscular and fit like crazy. If they are not fit, they can't keep up the pro ranking. That's how the sports requires. They are incredibly fit. I mean perfect body heaven. So hot. Tennis players are the best 1

Being a tennis fan myself, I know this. I see other sports. But the tennis players have one heck of bodies. I respect their hard work for making and refining great physics. Unbelievable. Their daily meals are also very restricted. Amazing
