conquxror Posted March 16 Posted March 16 Despite being a well known fact that Jack Antonoff and Lorde stopped acknowledging each other in public — and Lorde spotted hanging with other producers lately — twitter “insiders” have decided to wake up and spread that Jack Antonoff is currently working with Lorde. Thoughts?
Popular Post Kayseri Mantisi Posted March 16 Popular Post Posted March 16 (edited) A complete lie - these twitter “insiders” are all beyond fake & they know nothing. They do anything for interactions. They don't talk to each other anymore and he's left to other alt girls with his boring ass refurbished aged production. L4 consists of Dev Hynes, Jim-E Stack and Rostam so far and will be album of the decade Edited March 16 by Kayseri Mantisi 16 6
conquxror Posted March 16 Author Posted March 16 (edited) Mind you, I know twitter insiders are full of **** but I suspect the first account might be actually linked to someone who knows some **** because they occasionally get things right Edited March 16 by conquxror

perfectillusion204 Posted March 16 Posted March 16 When will y’all learn which insiders are real and which are not 💀 no trustworthy insider will have insider in their username 2
original_lifeline Posted March 16 Posted March 16 aren't these twitter insiders the same bullshit spreaders who teased that Halsey's lead single would be out on March 1st?

JoeAg Posted March 16 Posted March 16 not to extend this conversation ad infinitum but lemme just say a few words on the matter of Jack as a producer right quick... Spoiler he has produced some EXCELLENT moments with our pop and alt favs. I can't deny that! he's helped with some masterpieces like the entireties of Masseduction and Norman F*cking Rockwell! and he's given us great songs like Out of the Woods, Getaway Car, Green Light, Sober, Hard Feelings/Loveless, Writer in the Dark, Supercut, The Archer, I Think He Knows, Cruel Summer, Mirrorball, August, Gold Rush, You're on Your Own Kid, Mood Ring, King, Free, The Bomb, Down and Out Downtown, Live in the Dream, The Melting of the Sun, A&W, Fishtail, and Peppers. at the same time, he's had some more lackluster moments. that's okay, that's normal for a young producer. HOWEVER! yeah, it's simply time to move on to some different producers. expand one's horizons. St. Vincent's got the right idea, considering her genius ass is self-producing her promising new album. it's normal to move on. I mean Bowie had Tony Visconti at first, and then went to Ken Scott for his three breakout albums in which he achieved MPB status. then Ken Scott and David Bowie went their separate ways and Tony came back into the picture! and then after Scary Monsters, Tony and David went their separate ways once again until the 21st century. it's normal to fluctuate that way! same thing with Joanna Newsom. Noah Georgeson only produced her first and fourth albums. it's normal, it's time to expand their horizons and I stand by that good for her if she feels a connection with Jack, but eventually it would be great for her to pick some more new people to work with! same with Lana and Taylor, I think they'd find great success with others as well 3 1
shoganai Posted March 16 Posted March 16 Guess she wants to bomb again, too bad, she made magic with Joel Little
Letemtalk Posted March 16 Posted March 16 If she was working with Jack, there is no way she would have done those 6 years of Melodrama posts on her IG stories, without mentioning Jack, because we all know that Jack would sulk if his name was left out. kindararenext Posted March 16 Posted March 16 well anyone could've predicted that i hope she works with new producers this time around tho, pure heroine still is my favorite album by her
liquiddiamonds Posted March 16 Posted March 16 it's not far fetched she would have had a session with him. not acknowledging in public doesn't mean anything, since she knows her fanbase hates him. she doesn't want the backlash. we should wait for L4 and the credits. I also don't think he would make the cut. I think she got the message she needs new horizons and collaborators

Joel Little has achieved amazing success working with previously unknown artists, often in a small studio with a low budget. - Lorde, with her 14xPlatinum, 2xGrammy winning solo hit "Royals" and 5xPlatinum début album, Pure Heroine. - Kahlid, with his Diamond certified "Young Dumb and Broke", his most streamed solo song. - Ruth B, whose Joel Little produced début album Safe Haven, and Joel Little produced song "Dandelions" are her most streamed album and song. Jack tends to latch onto artists who already had success, Grammys and/or acclaim. He has certainly managed to enhance his own reputation, but it's debatable how much he has helped the artists he worked with and how much they have helped him. Spoiler Lorde was already a relatable icon before the late 2010s, but the second part seems true enough Perhaps Joel Little could turn up somewhere on L4, just like he has writing credits on Green Light and production credits on Supercut, two of the most successful songs on Melodrama.
