Josh Posted March 26, 2023 Posted March 26, 2023 (edited) How do you rank the Ghostface killers in 6 in terms of in costume moments? Detective Bailey > Quinn > Ethan Edited March 26, 2023 by Josh

I feel like 3 killers is too much to give them all enough presence in the movie. One can only review the whole pack at this point.
GraceRandolph Posted March 26, 2023 Posted March 26, 2023 Someone start a petition for Heather Matarazzo to have a lead role in Scream 7 please.

Honestly I was thinking this because it would be a gag that a ghostface finishes off what was started with 5 and idk where else her character could go. It would also be the perfect way to introduce who their mother is.

GraceRandolph Posted March 26, 2023 Posted March 26, 2023 We need Ana Ortiz as Christina Carpenter to be our new final girl.

Hurem Posted March 26, 2023 Posted March 26, 2023 2. Shazam! Fury of the Gods $9,700,000 (-68%) 3. Scream VI $8,400,000 (-52%) we lost

cypriotpcdfan Posted March 26, 2023 Posted March 26, 2023 (edited) I'm now pretty convinced that Stu and Mama Carpenter will be the Ghostface killers in the next one. This opens the door for Sydney's return and hopefully, we get evenly proportionate roles for Sydney, Sam and Tara a la Sydney and Jill in 4. Say what you want about that movie, but it had the perfect balance of legacy characters and the new generation characters. Sydney's appearance in 5 felt very forced, like the writers just wanted her in the movie, without actually putting any effort into writing her an interesting script. This is why I feel like she didn't give it her all, you could tell she wasn't really 'in it' with her performance, unlike all the previous films. It was like a cute little cameo. Stu will be Sydney's connection Mama Carpenter will be Sam and Tara's Stu, Mama Carpenter and Sydney definitely knew each other from high school. Since the new trilogy is mirroring the first one, I wouldn't be surprised if those two were behind the events of Scream 5 by getting Amber and Richie to do their dirty work while they orchestrated everything, just like Roman in Scream 3. Maybe Mama Carpenter was the one that helped Stu disappear at the time, as he was Billy's best friend and accomplice, and she was in love with him and carrying his child. From what we've heard about her, she was/is ****** up so it would make sense. I don't think the Stu discussion was included in the movie for no reason. When discussing Stu, Mindy literally tells Kirby 'if you believe he's really dead', and Kirby has no response. As an FBI agent, she would 100% know if he was indeed dead and would have said anything, or squashed the 'conspiracy theory'. This would tie everything up nicely (if they manage to actually make Stu being alive realistic), and we could have an ultimate Final Girls showdown. Edited March 26, 2023 by cypriotpcdfan
