Especially the Ghostface's, they NEVER seem to have injuries after their attacks and the actors are rarely the same height as the stunt double. It is what it is!

I wish somehow they resurrected Sarah Michelle gellar’s character from scream 2 though. That she survived but is in a wheelchair or something.

kyris89 Posted March 16, 2023 Posted March 16, 2023 The only way they could bring EVERY dead character back is to make something like New Nightmare. But this would hurt the continuity of the story. It should be a stand-alone movie

Wes Craven wanted Sidney to be the ultimate final girl and never die and Neve Campbell herself said she wouldn't sign if Sidney dies and i think Radio Silence will respect that. The husband idea is good tho. Melissa Barrera said that the original script was completely different, so i hope we get details about it one day.

I feel like they really ruined her arc in Scream 6 what with the going back on her word and writing a book about the events of Scream '22 anyway. I mean her chase scene was iconic but there's really nothing else to her as a character.

It was very obviously an homage and people have endured some truly horrific attacks in real life. I understand wanting more people to die but the film already had a lot of on screen deaths and I’m sure they are going to go full throttle for the next one. Also, Mindy was a hundred percent correct when she said that franchise installments are just episodic entries made to boost existing IP, at least Scream has the nerve to admit it. The only problem I have with that scene is the underscore (it shifts from upbeat to dramatic as the scene progresses and makes the whole thing feel way too serious) Randy’s in 1 and 2 were always done playfully and I think Radio Silence should remember that. A character is literally detailing the rules to surviving a serial killer, it’s meant to be a bit silly but the music choice gives it a different feel.
