I feel like there's a difference when it's done for comedic relief versus when you're selling sex. Although I don't personally have a problem with it either way. The Oscars bit was mocking some actual streaker who probably had a political message behind running naked on stage, so maybe the criticism should be directed at that rather than the nakedness.
