Happier Than Ever debuting with less than Renaissance and Chromatica is the most shocking considering the immense hype she had from WWAFA. At least it had longevity

I think it'll depend on how it sounds. If it's mainstream pop like Midnights maybe. If it's more like folkevermore, I doubt it.

yes, because Taylor having the most first day album streams - something that only a small portion of chart obsessed people care about - is what stops people from streaming other albums.
