Eóghan Posted March 8 Posted March 8 RIP legend changed so many lives if it weren't for his existence we wouldn't have so many anime and video games that were inspired by his work
Khal Posted March 8 Posted March 8 Every shonen that came after and even manga targeted at older demographic has him to thank. Probably the most influential figure in manga/anime reaching and being adopted by readers/audiences outside. Goku is beyond comparison in terms of popularity when it comes to manga characters. Truly a pioneer. R.I.P. 2
ItsJustMe. Posted March 8 Posted March 8 OMG no that is too young RIP DB holds such a special place in my heart

Gwendolyn Posted March 8 Posted March 8 Rest in Peace Akira. The show is so popular here, I remember my school library was able to get the manga books even though my school was very anti-manga due to how popular the series is.
Jooj Posted March 8 Posted March 8 NO WAYYYY Omg DBZ is the most impactful anime of all time and my favorite one too. I grew up watching, reading and playing the video games. This sucks The voice actors from my country will definetly pay some kind of tribute to him. DBZ is HUGE here. May he rest in peace

Dragon Ball is like a religion in Latin America. The last episodes of Dragon Ball Super were an EVENT. They showed the episodes on screens like a sports event. Clubs, bars, and stadiums were filled with people to watch them .
