I listen to :mrpeanut: self-help :mrpeanut: podcasts occasionally (e.g. if I'm stuck in a rut or feeling like my goals are out of reach) and I think they are good in small doses.

 

Pretty sure there are gurus out there who are WAY worse tho, but yeah.. goes to show those narratives they are trying to sell you can't be fully trusted

Old news. His story about being a monk is so fake and one of his old girlfriends (and friends) exposed him for it. He has some cute messages (which he just recycles from Google Images), but it's nothing different from speaking with a sane, objective friend or a HR person at work.

I don't think it's pronounced that way. Judging from the way Shilpa says her surname, it's more like Sheh-Tea.
