Only if you all could take a sec and realize how huge her career became over those years.

Being dominant in the music and film industry at the same time, trying to serve up some amazing albums and amazing timeless films that they are all played over and over again and in a worldwide perspective. Bulding up a gold road for any latin little gurl ouside to claim such a career and with the cachet which she deserves to have. And all that in an era that internet could not travel you out of the borders in a flash, when fans had to get up to buy records or watch a movie. JLo has some of the most amazing headlines out there, and some of them they couldn't even pull off untill today, being in her 50s. She keeps training on vocals, she keeps training on dancing doing even more demand choreos, she keeps challenging herself into great roles.

The attitude of this quote is like "Gurl, I've made so many records, so many hits when some of you weren't even born"

She doesnt give a damn about this streaming era in music, she doesnt need a marketing agency behind her, she keeps doing what she made for all those years, she is serving her own ART in pop culture and she doesnt even care if you all will enter to this train...

I dont usually side with record labels but yeah she's not worth investing in. Droplets era work best for her Should have released the follow up to Aint your mama back in the day which could have been a huge hit and keep her name out there. And more spanish singles. Her album is a massive bomb and the truth is there are no catchy songs like Aint your Mama or cool tracks. Good production and some questionable vocals with a lack of massive hooks.

20,000 people bought it. An indie hit. Now we just need the obsessed ones like you to go buy it also. We know you're a fan. :alexz2:

Well, it isn't a pop/dance album.

The fact you think 20K is a lot of people for an A list artist like JLO is laughable. 😂😂😂

So not only is she Box-office poison, she's also billboard poison too. 😭

Also more than likely she owes the label $$ because 20K is not enough to recoup what they pit out for this debacle on a shingle.

Amen... 20 k is just horrible like she shouldn't even have bothered making it even if she said she wanted to cuz there's no way grammys are touching this garbage and its not even in the high end of 70's on metacritic. And she should have asked Meghan trainor to write some hit songs and other hitmakers to help her make a cohesive album with stonger singles.

Ma'am, this is was an independent release that self-funded, not a major label release. That's why it charted on Billboard's independent albums sub-chart. If you're going to be a hater, at least get facts straight. :deadbanana2:

Not you acting like this album is garbage, but "Ain't Your Mama" is superior. :deadbanana2:

As I said in the previous thread, don't post (and don't reply to me) if you don't want people to quote you. And don't call it "nonsense" when I can actually present facts. In the previous thread, you literally told me you don't care about facts. I guess your unhealthy obsession with Jennifer Lopez supersedes your ability to discern between fact and fiction. Unhinged. :deadbanana2:

I really wonder how much of a difference it would have made (commercially) had she released it in 2022 or early 2023 rather than waiting a year after announcement. But then again we probably wouldn’t have gotten the film + doc.

Like if the rollout was:

Dec 2022 - CGE + Album release

Feb 2023 - Rebiund

Summer 2023 - Musical Film/Doc

Fall 2023-2024 - Tour

that way it would give the album longevity and publicity over the course of a 1-1.5 year
