It’s called faux humility/vulnerability, it’s what all celebrities do for these “raw, personal documentaries.” I promise you her self esteem is just fine.

JLo and Taylor are probably, and without a question the most hardworking business women in the industry. JLo knows she is an entertainer first and foremost and her combining music with acting is essentially what she does best and she’s right, nobody was asking for a new album and yet she have what’s arguably, her most personal album yet and we celebrate her for that

I love the album and the ambition she put into the project. It’s something you don’t see much in today’s industry. That being said maybe the film was a little too self indulgent, and a little odd, yet visually amazing. But like she said, she wanted to do it. It’s a passion project for her.
