That's how country promoters ask Artist to perform in country. Logistics are very expensive. SG is positioning itself to be the main tourist hub

the people love her, but the politics are messy. wasn't taiwan trying to get her to perform there too and she first accepted and then stepped back because of growing tensions with mainland china? it needs a special attention so nothing controversial takes place... i mean one of her albums is called 1989 lol there were no problems back in 2015, but 2024 is quite a different scenario
