How do they make sure a degenrate man isn’t posing as trans to have access to women in a vulnerable space? Are trans women protected by some legal documentation or just by word? I honestly have never dug up on that topic. Obviously trans women must have access to women bathrooms but legally how do they back this up? A bit concerned to see y'all so uncritically champion the age ban thing. I see arguments for it, but a ban on porn for minors is not going to lead to minors watching less of it — they will begin looking for it in worse places than the standard websites, and I think that could be damaging both ways; not only could these alternative places curate even more exploitative material but they could also endanger the newly directed minor community. We've seen this happen.
