Taste of Honey Posted February 16 Posted February 16 The 9th. That is a crazy, yet sadly predictable statistic. Anyways, congrats. I am glad that she is attempting to do this.

Rotunda Posted February 16 Posted February 16 I’m assuming the distinction may not be relevant in this case, but I wonder if there’s a Non-Black WOC whose charted since 2016. The source tweet only mentions Black women as opposed to WOC.

Brikenbur Posted February 16 Posted February 16 Off to a great start for this HISTORIC era! When have the other pop girlies been so iconic and revolutionary with their music like Bey? 1
Kristie Kuwa Posted February 16 Posted February 16 THIS is what we, the Hive, mean when we say impact.

ATRL Moderator Juánny Posted February 16 ATRL Moderator Posted February 16 Deserved, I love this song it’s on repeat for me
fridayteenage Posted February 16 Posted February 16 Already matches pop artist Taylor's last attempt to crack country radio

Fitzswiftie Posted February 16 Posted February 16 Will be interesting to see how high to does on country airplay, cross-genre crossovers typically only go around 25ish.

There’s only 1 song on the top 20 of country radio with a female vocalist (Carly Pearce) and only because it’s a duet with Chris Stapleton.

(The traditionalists in the industry love it). Unfortunately because you have someone like Morgan Wallen running country music who is actually nothing more than a pop artist, 'Texas Hold Em' is completely out of place on modern radio.
abrantino Posted February 17 Posted February 17 congrats queen but in a perfect world it would be 'since What Are You Gonna Tell Her', ofc they wouldn't play that one though
