I wonder if plans changed after the commercial performance of the album and Punteria. The rumors made it seem like she had more extensive appearances planned in other countries too. I have a feeling Shakira and her team are evaluating her album launch. Based on her interviews, songs like "La Fuerte" and "Cohete" already existed for at least a year.
