Because that recent article implied her tour doesn't start until next year for whatever because she may drop another album either end of this year or beginning of next year. Most of Shakira's singles on this record were as big as Karol's eras as a whole. Both woman are at 2 different points in their careers why compare? Shakira won't promote.
