Welp, I’m happy with one week as well  

If Bey really wanted to dominate she would release a visual or do a performance but we all know that’s not happening, so I guess she’s more than happy with this outcome and so am I  I guess

Country radio isn’t really playing her though. They did in the first week and it dropped significantly after. 
 

I also don’t think Parkwood is doing a good job handling this single. It’s no different with any other year, big announcement, a visual teaser, post remixes first week and nothing else. They also leave it to the fans to do the rest.

This is Beyoncé we are dealing with. Let’s be happy she even did the promo that she did for the single. This was actually the best handling of a single in a while.

Why are people mad about her lack of promo, clearly not doing anything creates more buzz for her than doing cheap performances or interviews. Paradoxically probably the reason of her success so far in her career is her "self-sabotage"

I don’t know why you all keep thinking traditional promo when we say lack of promo lol.. only traditional aspect I’m talking about is a video. But everything else could have been use of social media not just outfits. 
 

THEN AGAIN…. Her team did say they were going the traditional route during REN promo  and we have yet to see it.

I personally just find it extremely silly complaining when Bey is literally reaching global peaks she last reached in 2009 like what are we even talking about? If this was some The Gift level of floppage, sure, drag them. But in THEs case, I just don't get it

 

Literally serving kid at school who received an A but still critically looks at his test because he received 99/100 points and not 100/100

There is a difference between a cute hit (perfect remix)and a classic. Depends on which one a fan is rooting for. Would CIL/SL have been the staple songs they were had bey not pushed them?

I get what ur saying, but as I mentioned earlier, due to the album coming out in 4 weeks already, THE is basically set to remain in the Top5 globally for at least another 2 months.

 

Also, if rumors are true, Bey shot an entire film around the Renaissance trilogy, which would literally be so much more iconic than some chart games because the film would literally feature multiple #1 hits and chart smashes! I think the bigger picture is what matter now
