It’s gaining good momentum on Tik Tok, but not so massive that 3M after 2 weeks is in the cards. It’s not exploding on iTunes and Amazon sales and that’s usually indication of a viral song. I don’t think it’s as talked about in the zeitgeist as TXHE/Beyoncé who is quite literally on the news almost everyday. I do not get it. I guess the hip hop community could just be gravitating to it. This is so strange to me. he has a massive fanbase full of straight men who would sell their souls for his music and there's a trend on tiktok, charlie d,'amelio even posted a vid dancing to it
swtamira Posted February 28 Posted February 28 Out of all markets the US being the one we have to worry about, for a country song, is crazy. But i don't care too much its still doing very well there and the real gag is how insanely well its doing globally. I still want that second week #1 on the Hot 100 though just so we can say she's had several multiweek #1s this decade lol 6

Adjusted for market size I’m sure Ireland and the UK are stronger markets for Bey in the last few years. 3

dbaby Posted February 28 Posted February 28 The absolute gäg of this potentially (eventually) going #1 in Germany. At this point she’s racking up like ten #1s. 2

I would argue Brazil too tbh she's just gigantic there there's also South Africa and I'm pretty sure the Netherlands was the country Renny performed the best in so that's another contender 1

I hope it does. She's never had a solo #1 there I remember the midweeks had it at #15 last week and it ended up debuting at #12 2
Rafael Posted February 28 Posted February 28 How Kanye is doing on the radio? Does he get any airplay?

BnPac Posted February 28 Posted February 28 (edited) US is also not her biggest market by far, it's not even her biggest market imo. Ireland, La Réunion, Brazil, SA, The NL are bigger markets for her... maybe even UK, they just don't contribute as much in numbers. And that's despite focusing entirely on the US for more than a decade. Edited February 28 by BnPac 1
BnPac Posted February 28 Posted February 28 Oh I see some already posted about the same thing. That's why you should read the whole thread and not just reply when you see a comment.

Cotton Posted February 28 Posted February 28 No bc ATRL been calling her local for years when her biggest hits recently Cuff It and THE have performed better globally than in the US. You can’t make this up So glad to see streams in Mexico & Brazil pick up, they should continue in an upwards trajectory and explode after the album release me thinks.
