A tour could start in winter tbh. Indoor US venues like Taylor for leg 1 then other countries like Latin am, Asia, Australia. EU and US again then from April next year

She did with The Mrs. Carter Show World Tour in 2013 and 2014! Then she did On The Run Tour in 2014

He didn't say when tho. I took it as him referring to “”tour”” more generally, like whenever she tours for this album it'll be incredible.
