"Requiem" is another word for funeral. Her album basically is a tribute to the history of American music. She is basically stating if we reject many of the original notions of America being a place of acceptance and diversity then we are technically engaging in its funeral, hence "American Requiem.” 6

I hope they put some support behind promoting the vinyl especially because the artwork is STUNNING and people will want it as a collector's item

Testosterone Posted April 3 Posted April 3 Send ll MOST WANTED to radio for now and wait then and see if anything goes viral. I feel like Bodyguard, Ya Ya or Tyrant are the most likely to take off on TikTok, then make that the next single. 1

Bodyguard and Tyrant can take off at any time, especially Tyrant can easily revive interest with a prolific rapper remix. Tyrant has all the ingredients like AHAP, while Bodyguard can be the Cuff It of CC that just builds momentum Edited April 3 by Kristie Kuwa 2

Great Username Posted April 3 Posted April 3 And there I was, tangled up in marigold We were listening to the reverent children singing Humming low as the garden river flows While the August light becomes a golden evening The imagery, the storytelling Such a gorgeous sing 4

Kristie Kuwa Posted April 3 Posted April 3 Ok I made up my mind S Tier: American Requiem 2 Most Wanted 2 Hands 2 Heaven Ya Ya A Tier: Jolene Bodyguard Daughter Texas Hold Em Riiverdance Sweet - Honey - Buckiin B Tier: 16 Carriages LeviisJeanss Tyrant Alligator Tears Blackbird Protector The rest. S Tier are career highlights, A Tier great songs and B Tier songs that are fun and enioyable, could become a tad bit stale and repetitive after some time (doesnt mean they cant be hits)
