After a couple of days, I will rank it after Ren and Lem for now because outside of the first full day, I haven't been listening to it in one setting but individual songs are some of the strongest she has ever done. 

 

I will see how I rate it in a month or so.

Did you expect it not to drop hard on Easter Sunday  we've been saying it for months. She drops bad on Sunday normally anyway. It's not about how good it is.

I mean yes, but if u factor in that every artist has a -10% drop on average just because its Easter Holiday + its Sunday, its actually ok. This was not a regular Sunday, but an internstional holiday in her key markets

 

The comparison to Rennie is more important and it seems like CC will be able to have ~70% more streams than Renaissance, which is incredible for someone whos career started in the 1990s. Its a testimony to her having re-built her streaming power, which was on the floor due to the Tidal sabotage

It's a steep drop, it's what it is. However it dropped in percentage as much as Renaissance did on 3rd day, so she's consistent. Although I expected a better hold this time around, I just hope she rebounds fast tomorrow. Losing 40M streams in 3 days stings lol, it's almost what Renaissance did on its first day.

well... it's topping every big playlist so of course it's the one holding on better. And it's already been serviced to country radio if I'm not wrong. They should send it to pop asap too. They will eat it up!

Tho as I looked into it, easter sunday is even more ruthless to everybody than regular Sundays in terms of streams. So the rebound throughout the week should feel better.

If we are lucky, we even get a performance today which could go viral (tho I wouldnt count on it)

A performance right now could really help but yeah that's too much of hope. A video is not happening either. Here's to hoping that her just appearing helps push some songs.

Sundays are when people are most likely to spend time with family and attend or watch sports/do other family activities. This effect is even pronounced during Easter where a lot of families in Western countries get together or go to shows or fairs.

Yes, most people listen to music on commutes, at the gym or at work, then on Friday people put on their playlists for parties

 

In the weekends people usually socialise and don't play music as often which is reflected in most songs collapsing on Spotify during the weekends and rising back up again during the week

That I understand but Beyoncé in particular always gets crushed on Sundays. All songs lose percentages but hers is always so pronounced. I wonder why.
