I saw them say 350+ first week. I'm thinking maybe barely over 400. Which would be good.

wish she had physicals but oh well.

I'm enjoying the album either way

I love the intro of Tyrant tbh. I would kinda like to hear Adele on the intro.

I think there was some shuffling of the album (I mean wbk since YA YA is off the physicals) but Tyler Johnson (As It Was/Flowers) posted about co-writing and coproducing American Requiem and Amen. He said they started it in 2021 and implied it was one song she split. Makes sense that they're great opening and closing tracks since it was originally one song.

Can anyone explain BEYINCÈ? I don't get why that was the original title.

Also, I think this should've been called Requiiem.

One thing for sure is Jay-Z is definitely a writer on Spaghetti. I wonder who wrote Alligator Tears, it's such a beautiful song.

I swear this album is crack. It's all I've listened to the past 2 days :rip:  I do think the first-middle is better than the back end of the album.

Beyincè is the actual correct spelling of Beyoncé mother's maiden name. Since, white people didn't give a damn about spelling black baby's name right during that era, they spelled it Beyoncé.

This is going to do 400-500k

Mess why didn't I know Miss Tina's last name is Beyoncé :deadbanana:

I kinda like BEYINCÈ as an album name now knowing the meaning. Especially with all the reclaiming themes.

II Hands II Heaven sounds like Frank Ocean could help with writing

I wish the interludes had just been parts of the songs they introduce, like how she put Dolly on Tyrant. It's very annoying that (1) three of them are so short they don't even scrobble to lastfm and (2) if you listen to the album on shuffle you get Dolly and Linda introducing songs that do not actually play right after.

I agree.

I wish they handled it like ST when it comes to that.

My CD arrived cracked and damaged. The tracklist doesn't include Spaghetti, Ya Ya, Oh Louisiana, or The Linda Martell Show. And there's no additional track as promised by her website...an absolute mess. :frown:
