fememeist Posted March 30 Posted March 30 Whatever you call DESERT EAGLE's instrumentals, it makes me feel so cunty and give sloppy h*ad

She's so late to the party she should have dropped an entirely different project but we all know how she works these days. Maybe the Porqueria tanking will wake her up. 1 1

Like I don't get. At the very least have it ready to go after Acróstico. What a disaster of a launch. She'll do better next time. OT : Cowboy Carter, cool. 1
Mandalay Posted March 30 Posted March 30 I'm enjoying most of the songs and really proud of Beyonce for sustaining her longevity. This is a fantastic record. However, am I the only one who thinks this whole tribute/paying homage sound and imagery is getting boring considering every artist is trying to execute that for over a decade? 1 1
Kh-Loud Posted March 30 Posted March 30 i want a whole album of country infused bangers.... YAYA, Tyranny, Spagetti and Sweet Honey Buck are all mega MEGA M E G AAAAAA bops can't stand haaa

However, am I the only one who thinks this whole tribute/paying homage sound and imagery is getting boring considering every artist is trying to execute that for over a decade? In theory, I'd agree, but I think this works because a) the music is GREAT and quite diverse in terms of influences, b) the tribute is more than surface-level pastiche. This and Renaissance are how you should do a tribute imo.

SharGaga Posted March 30 Posted March 30 I can't be the only who has the mental image of Beyonce bouncing on a D on a continuous loop on the beat during the first half of Riverdance? 2

You're the only one sis! If it helps you can erase the fact she paying homage, skip the intros and just listen to the good music. And your welcome x
Disconnect Posted March 30 Posted March 30 I need help finding the physical CD in Mexico (country). I can't finding it anywhere 😵💫😭. :help:
Mandalay Posted March 30 Posted March 30 Tyrant, THE, and Bodyguard are favorites so far, especially Bodyguard. It's so relaxing.

So many people have already posted their revised tracklists, and these 3 are constantly being left off 3

Just a little bit bored by the whole revisiting thing by every artist especially Lana Del Rey and co.

In the US, it's coming on April 12th. But maybe check her online store beyonce.com. Maybe they ship to Mexico. 1
Tm4074 Posted March 30 Posted March 30 I wasn't expecting a country album to challenge Lemonade as my favorite Beyoncé album but here we are. I wonder how those country music journalists, fans, and country artists that treated her poorly during the CMAs in 2016 are feeling now with the incredible success of CC. The country music industry is notorious for being dismissive to women and POC in that genre only for Beyoncé to have the biggest country album by a female artist in a long ass time. Also with Kacey pulling almost 100k debut for her album, these women are showing the white male dinosaurs in country music how it's done. 1
Virgos Groove Posted March 30 Posted March 30 One-one-one by one, you hang them high Your hands are steady and you sleep at night How did you turn your heart to stone? I don't want him back, but I can't let go Hangman, answer me now You owe me a debt, you stole him from me I hated you once, I envy you now Just tell me how, tell me how 2
Godontop Posted March 30 Posted March 30 Idk if we will be ready for 16 Carriages and Protector live. Is Bey even ready? This will be a moment
Mandalay Posted March 30 Posted March 30 Also, the instrumentation and vocals are on point on this, a shout-out to Bodyguard. A rarity these days because everyone's vocals are so compressed and tuned these days.
Nico Robin Posted March 30 Posted March 30 THE really is the perfect lead single choice, its sooo good
