Beyoncé - 'COWBOY CARTER'

Recommended Posts

Not in order but so far:

American Requiem

Bodyguard

Daughter

II Most Wanted

Tyrant

(honorable mentions for Blackbiird, Levii's Jeans, and Ya Ya)

I neverrrrrrr connect with songs from new albums this quickly and I'm not even a Beyoncé fan like that… I feel like I'm finally on the winning team nn:wave2:

Which tracks should get the BMS QUEENS REMIX and CUFF IT WETTER treatment?

I could see an actual Taylor collab happening for Bodyguard in the future. And an extended version of Ya Ya with a call and response section.

It's the way she did a deep breath after "breathing in my gentle breeze" and the choir comes in UGH!

The collapse coming when Meg throws a verse on Spaghetti or SHB.

I may be off base here, but I would LOVE to hear Taylor on Daughter, she has a famously crazy dad too and she has had her fair share of beefs. I also think the way Bey storytells here will allow Taylors voice to shine.

I would die for Taylor on Bodyguard giving Wildest Dream's vocals

Question for the thread: does anybody else have a physical reaction to the "Denim on denim on denim on denim" part in Levi's jeans or is it only me?

Does tyrant sample rather be by clean bandit ?

I wonder if she'll release a more "deluxe" vinyl with a photo and lyric book like she did with RENAISSANCE.

Okay, but where are the credits? lol

From the info and stats I'm seeing right now, comparing with her own and other artists releases, Cowboy Carter may not outdebut Renaissance on Spotify. ;(

Riiverdance, Levii's Jeans, and Bodyguard is my Trinity so far. But the album is just amazing, no notes

This makes me feel like I'm in a Quentin Tarantino film when I'm lit. Her mind. :jonny5:

The way that Alliigator Tears evokes things like The Chain by Fleetwood Mac has me absolutely possessed today, she did something holy with this song

It also has less n-word bombs than a Quentin Tarantino film :chick1:
