Kristie Kuwa Posted March 30 Posted March 30 (edited) Wow, defeating Taylor, even if just for one day, is absolutely INSANE. Bey started in the physical era and was massive, conquered the digital era, has had quite a tough start on streaming due to Tidal and is now back on time. What a ******* legend Edited March 30 by Kristie Kuwa 4
spiritboy Posted March 30 Posted March 30 Guys since i can't listen to long albums, i need to divide this into two parts until it grows on me and can listen in one session. I know it might ruin the experience for some people but i want to give this album a proper chance. How do you suggest i divide this into two parts? 4
Starkboy Posted March 30 Posted March 30 Most streamed artist on Brazil Spotify, that's insane Ariana was only 4th on ES release, and she's huge there (+5M) 3

It makes total sense Jolene , II Most Wanted , Levi's Jeans and Bodyguard are the OBVIOUS potential WW hit singles while Spaghetti, Yaya and Tyrant are the bops we need in our lives
georgechxng Posted March 30 Posted March 30 this project is a stunner. she pushed boundaries yet again, this time stretching the edges of a genre people thought she would have a hard time stepping into it. what a queen. my only complaint are the songs titles with the "II's", they look a bit corny but at least it's just the titles.
shark_heather Posted March 30 Posted March 30 The album is SO pleasant to listen in the morning to start your day Uggghhh her mind The Michael Jackson meets Madonna of our generation ! She really is on another level artistically , cannot be compared to anyone out there 5
Starkboy Posted March 30 Posted March 30 Bodyguard is such a smash fifjfj the way it fits so well those spring/summer car rides I'm about to play the hell out of this 2

Bey is the most certified international female in Brazil and the highest selling international female in Brazil since 2003 according to chartmasters. Edited March 30 by SoundsandSongs 1

I'd say split it after "ALLIIGATOR TEARS", then the second half will begin at Willie's "SMOKE HOUR II" interlude. But it's honestly a very enjoyable full-through listen, so you might reach that point and want to keep going. Hope you enjoy it! 2 1
Klein Posted March 30 Posted March 30 I already have 216 scrobbles off this album. I love it more and more with each listen. I can already tell I'm going to have it on repeat until TTPD's release, and that these two albums are going to be my main two of 2024. Congrats Bey on yet another career defining album I'm still extremely frustrated by the shortness of DESERT EAGLE. How dare she? I need 3 more minutes of this excellence 6
black-star1 Posted March 30 Posted March 30 The physicals are being released on the 12th April Amazon only displays the limited edition cover though 1
storminthedark Posted March 30 Posted March 30 Bodyguard and YA YA should be the spring/summer singles
Klein Posted March 30 Posted March 30 Bodyguard, Ya Ya, II Most Wanted, Levii's Jeans and Riiverdance could all be singles tbh. There's so much potential for this album, I hope she takes advantage of it. 1

Gossip_Boy Posted March 30 Posted March 30 The Beyoncé/Lemonade/Renaissance/Cowboy Carter album run is absolutely insane. What a woman. Not sure yet if CC has surpassed Lemonade as my favorite B album for me but it's surely up there. Just excellent from start to finish. 4
