Iirc apple music is more urban leaning and US centric. CC seems to be much more global and its very diff for the usual AM audience.

iirc Renaissance only had to compete against one song, Wait For You by Future & Drake. Cowboy Bebop has a whole album fueled by a Drake diss track. Funny how the tables turned for Drake

Future album bomb plus Renny didn't have that competition plus the the albums still aren't combined on AM. I don't remember renny even having a clean version charging so high. Once they merge the versions then the positions should look differently

Have been listening all day, nearly to 200 plays already! 

 

 

Bodyguard, Ya Ya, and Tyrant are easily my top 3. Instant top tier Beyoncé faves.
 

Levi's Jeans, American Requiem, Just For Fun, and II Hands II Heaven are my other top faves, with II Most Wanted, 16 Carriages, and Daughter rounding out the top 10. 

 

Texas Hold Em was a bit jarring and underwhelming as a single, but it's really fun in the album sequencing. 
 

Kinda mixed feelings about Jolene. It's like… sacrilegious to change the lyrics and meaning of the song like that (even with Dolly's blessing). But the changed lyrics are decent in their own right, and the outro on the song is a highlight on the album. But hearing her on Jolene plus the tease of I Fall To Pieces do make me wish Bey did a companion album covering country standards. 
 

The two Shaboozey collabs are bottom 2.
